Dr Fiona Kerr

Fiona Kerr is the organisational and neural complexity specialist in the Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Innovation Centre of the University of Adelaide. She combines this with a business background spanning 27 years of experience in the areas of complex organisational strategy, review and transformation across the public, private and tertiary sectors including power generation, automotive manufacture, defence, pharmaceuticals, universities and state government. Fiona has run a successful consulting business for many years, and now combines this half time with her role in the university.

Fiona is an advisor to governments in Asia, Europe and Australia on fostering creativity and innovation, neuroleadership and futurising, and is currently writing a book on the social neuroscience of managing. She is  currently working with the SA state government in the areas of creative bureaucracy, value chain analysis and democracy reform, and with the NFP sectors of Ageing and Multiculturalism in shaping strategy to deal with complex social issues.

The thesis "Creating and Leading Adaptive Organisations" was released from Embargo in January, 2015
