Caroline is Principal at CoActiv8, an organisation dedicated to establishing and operating Work Hubs. She championed the growth of Hub Australia, co-founding Hub Sydney and Hub Adelaide. Hub Australia is a thriving network of over 1000 innovators and entrepreneurs from over 50 industries.
Caroline speaks and writes on the topic of Liberated Work. She has presented at Vivid Sydney and Ignite Sydney, and published in Virgin Entrepreneur.Previously Caroline worked in marketing and management consulting with the likes of Yahoo!7 and Bain & Company.
